Yohai Shelef

Yohai Shelef is an expert litigator, arbitrator and mediator with vast experience in representing commercial entities in court and in arbitrations.

Yohai’s litigation experience includes commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, derivative claims and class actions. He has represented clients in cases involving tenders, unfair competition, real estate properties, land use & zoning law, defamation, restraining orders and white-collar crime. He is a graduate of the court system’s practical mediation program.

Yohai was recognized by The Legal 500 for his expertise in litigation: “Yohai Shelef successfully defended Strauss Group in a precedential claim against an Israeli celebrity.”
