Yohai’s litigation experience includes commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, derivative claims and class actions. He has represented clients in cases involving tenders, unfair competition, real estate properties, land use & zoning law, defamation, restraining orders and white-collar crime. He is a graduate of the court system’s practical mediation program.
