Yaron Mehulal

Mr. Mehulal is an expert in providing commercial and tax advice to Israeli individuals and corporations operating or residing abroad and to foreign clients operating in Israel, as well as in tax planning for international companies and cross-border transactions. Mr. Mehulal is involved in major M&A transactions in the Israeli market.

Mr. Mehulal has over 25 years of tax practice experience, and is a co-author of Israel’s leading three-volume tax series, “Income Tax”, as well as of many other published tax articles. He is a member of the Israeli Bar Association’s tax committee, Chairman of the Municipal Tax Appeal Committee of the City of Raanana, a speaker at international and local conferences, and in the past lecturer on tax at the Tel Aviv University’s Accounting Department.

Mr. Mehulal is the driving force behind the firm’s broad “pro-bono” activity in which he is personally involved.

Mr. Mehulal received recognition in Legal 500 in the fields of Tax & Commercial as well as Corporate and M&A.
