The firm’s labor law department provides the firm’s clients with a wide range of services in all aspects of labor law, at both the personal and collective levels, providing overall solutions that are integrated with the firm’s other departments (commercial, taxation, intellectual property etc.).
Mr. Gutman has extensive experience in acting for both domestic and international companies and entities that operate in a range of spheres (industry, high tech, communications, biotechnology, aviation, hotels, banking and more) in all aspects of labor and employment law. Adv. Gutman’s work with the firm’s clients includes, amongst other things, ongoing support and advice on the various aspects of labor law, support and advice in the proper management of human resources, training in the mitigation of legal exposure and the intelligent and effective handling of “crises” that nevertheless arise – all to enable our clients to concentrate on what is most important – work, production and business development.
Mr. Roey Gutman has extensive experience of litigation in the labor courts and other tribunals and in the handling of labor disputes.
Over the years Mr. Gutman has recorded notable achievements in cases with which he has dealt and he has also acted for employers in the labor law aspects of reorganization proceedings and complex mergers and acquisitions.

In the period from 2003 until 2012 Adv. Gutman acquired extensive experience in the area of labour law, including with leading firms (like N. Feinberg & Co.) and he also headed the labour law department of a large civil-commercial firm.

Adv. Gutman leads seminars and vocational studies and also lectures on a variety of private and collective labour law matters in different forums and is amongst the lecturers of Atudot College, the Israeli Centre for the Study of Wage Professions
